2. Protect your outdoor property and furniture with masking tape and fabric drop cloths. 
3. Prep - we always patch, sand, caulk and clean each surface before applying a coat of paint. 
4. Final clean up - Remove all prep materials and do a final walk through to secure your complete satisfaction.
